VTI Sahiwal
Vocational Training Institute Sahiwal was established in June 2003. Since then it has been providing a good quality vocational education in the different trades. At the short, it has eight different trades according to the demand of the Industry at that time. It had strength of 160 trainees at the beginning.
With the passage of time, VTI Sahiwal increased its strength of trainees and also changed trades according to the changing needs of the industry. In June 2008 VTI Qadirabad and in June 2009, VTI Noorshah became the sub campuses of VTI Sahiwal and now VTI Sahiwal has three campuses. Its total strength of trainees has reached to 320.
In October 2010, VTI Sahiwal started self finance based trades. Now it has more than 150 trainees registered in the different trades of self finance based trades.
Over the time period of 11 years, VTI Sahiwal has grown into an institution of good rank and quality. More than 2400 trainees have been passed out and about 65% of them are earning hands for themselves and their family. They are plying a good roll for the progress and welfare of society. VTI has a very bright future and it has an aim to alleviate poverty by improving demand driven vocational skills to the youth.
